Password Reset Procedures
cPanel Control Panel Passwords
Your control panel account password is provided to you in your Welcome Email when your account is created. It is important that your control panel username and password is protected at all times. You should never share it with others or use it in a publicly accessible computer or open network connection.
It is possible for you to change your cPanel password once your account is created.
Your Main FTP and optional Site Builder accounts use the same password as your cPanel Account. If your account has a Site Builder account and you change your password you will need to contact customer support. If you can not access your site through your FTP software make sure it is using your current correct password.
