Basically the guy got pissed off because he could not access twitter from his IPhone or something last week when “former” COUGH … KGB hackers DOSSed the site…
And then after that he says Lets Ban Windows from the Internet…

Reading his Bio it says he has been writing about technology since CPM … for those of you that don’t know CPM was a OS that came out before Dos which came out before windows… so you have to think the guy has been somewhat exposed to technology.
But whats the deal? BAN WINDOWS?
Now if the guy just went on a rant like I am for a single post that would be one thing but you look at his past posts and this seems to be a problem for him… Did he spend every last cent on a Mac 512k so he could not afford a decent computer for the next decade and this has always haunted him?
FIRST ASSWIPE Windows is exploitable i agree with that but so is every EVERY operating system out there. There are people that can hack into and make zombies out of every os and that includes OSX and Linux…
On windows systems you are more likely to have a trojan placed on a computer by its own user when they are viewing content or opening email then you are on other systems but thats just because hackers want to attack the most systems with one method.
Heck on linux systems there was a time when you could remotely hack in by way of a MOUSE DRIVER. HOW LAME IS THAT!
Anyway zellots like this pinhead are as bad as Obama Supporters…. that want to take away health care for 85% of America so they can provide it to 15% that either do not buy it but can … or who don’t signup for gov programs already in place … or are illegal aliens… IDIOTS… SCREW EVERYONE FOR NO GOOD REASON …

WELL NO ONE HAS THE ANSWER… if they did they would be multi-billionaires able to protect the world with the click of a single button…
but I can point you in the right direction… and it is not a secret or new concept..
Routers can filter packets … they can read packets… they can trace back to individual computers or network segments and deny the attack.
This is what needs to be done and this is what happened….
Amazon / Twitter analyzed the problem and filtered it … if they didn’t then we would not be using Twitter just hours after the problem started.
Actually the Techs that cured or at least put a bandaid on the wound should be congradulated … they are true heroes ….
