Police in Guatamal have arrested a person that posted a 94 character text msg to twitter saying that he caused financial panic and a run on the state owned bank.

Jean Anleu Fernandez 37 years old, an Information Technology worker was arrested by police on the orders of the public ministry division in charge of banks.

The tweet msg said “First concrete action should be remove cash from Banrural and bankrupt the bank of the corrupt.”

The message was about a bank that is now in the middle of a Murder scandal of a bank manager and tied to the president.
